My journey in healthcare began at our local hospital, where I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This intensive, foundational experience instilled in me a profound respect for bedside care and patient advocacy. Since earning my nursing license in 2019, I have dedicated my career to diverse and complex clinical environments. My background includes managing critical wound care within correctional facilities, specializing in dual-diagnosis mental health and addiction recovery, and supporting developmentally disabled gerontological community members.
